"Very friendly staff. Room clean and has all the standard amenities. Convenient location that's close to the GC IMAX Visitor Center, Starbucks, and other food and convenience options. Two cons: 1. Internet is kind of bad. Slow, spotty connetion. 2. Breakfast is a tad underwhelming. There were no protein option besides cold, hard boiled eggs. Normally you'd expect at least scrambled eggs, if not some kind of sausage link or patty. Overall a decent stay for visiting the South Rim, and serving as a connection place to Sedona/Vegas"

"The hallways in our building were starting to be rundown (carpet fraying) but the inside was nice and the furniture was very comfortable. We liked that the windows in our room actually opened, it was quiet, and the hot water in the shower was great. The WIFI and TV are limited, but that seemed appropriate for the occasion (get outside!). There is a fridge in the room and there was a coffee machine with coffee pods. We enjoyed the stay. I thought our room was clean and we felt safe there. You can park right outside your building for the most part, and one of the park shuttle stops is just at the edge of the buildings."

"Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Best hotel breakfast! The only drawback was the bathroom. Sliding door with no lock, half shower door and a shower head that wouldn't move. All the water flooded the floor and there was tons of cold air with no door or curtain. Bowling alley was closed also."

"Our room was clean and had everything we needed. However, the fridge took forever to cool. It’s weird that room service doesn’t come in To empty trash or clean coffee cups. I went to get hot cocoa around 9 pm and the hot water and coffee is gone for the night. Hot tub was nice after hiking a few miles."
