This place was great. Updating is still in progress, but the room was huge compared to a mainstream hotel. Free breakfast was good and included, eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes along with all the contential items. Pool was nice as well. Great value for the money.

I had booked the room paying extra to get a good room and view. Yet my room had the smallest patio which had a grill that we did not feel safe opening. Very disappointed. We called before reaching, we were a party of 4 families each having their own rooms. We reached at 1:30, asked in advance if the restaurant was open, it was. We received very poor service from the staff, side glances and heard rude comments between the staff that we were a walk of 11 members. They could have said no to use before seating us The food took over 2 hours to come, even getting water took 30 mins. This was disappointing stay and I will not recommend this place. My takeaway was that if I am not a golfer and a member at the club, I was not important enough.

1. The room sizes were extra large. This was super-helpful. 2. The rooms were quiet. You really got a good night's sleep. 3. Staff was helpful. My daughter forgot her shoes at the Tennis Center, and Michelle and others worked to return and mail back the shoes to us. All so helpful. 4. Great location.

I really really like the property and room. I would definitely stay again. It’s not truly a hotel so one needs to lower the expectations as there isn’t room service and staff on call after hours. Only the front desk personnel. However the room is huge, with a beautiful view of the lake and greenery… most importantly, the bed and pillows and beddings were extremely comfortable and clean. For the price, it can’t be beat. We did have to move rooms because the bath tub could not drain. No big deal as it was done quickly. The continental breakfast was great for a quick breakfast. Overall I do like the facility.
