"Overall the property was beautiful and in a nice location. However, due to everything being virtual including the check in process, I’m not sure who is managing the property to ensure everything is in good order for the next tenants. The Floor was a bit dirty. The last tenant looks like they spilled something and it never was cleaned up. There was also a shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom but there was no conditioner in the bottle. Lastly, bathroom main light did not work. Shower light and mirror light worked but not bathroom. "

"Staff is very friendly and services are good. Breakfast has variety of things. Kitchen has basic utensils, some are worn out, but can perform basic cooking. When window faces street, the night is not quiet. Some drivers like to make sudden and loud noise by accelerating the car engines on the street, making sleep difficult. This is not hotel issue. The city should prohibit such activities. "

"In the heart of downtown Tampa. Plenty of food and drink options onsite the hotel. Only thing that can be an improvement, is the elevator situation. They have 6 elevators but only 2 work at a time. And when it was dying the busy times of the days, you’d sometimes wait 5-7 minutes for an elevator. Minor inconvenience for an overall great hotel. "
