Before traveling, I called the toll-free number to inquire about the parking conditions, and they told me it was free. They even offered to make the reservation for me, but I didn't, I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, I was told I had to pay $30 per day (a lie, it's $33), and that the central office wasn't familiar with each hotel's policies. We paid for the parking, but they gave us the wrong date, so we went back to reception where they gave us a parking permit, and to our surprise, it said "Parking fee per night $22 plus tax" and below "$30.00 plus tax - special events." I didn't see any special events. Our reservation was for four people, but they only provided amenities for three. On the second day, we didn't receive housekeeping services, and we were lucky they gave us new towels at the reception. This was on the 24th, and in the elevator, there was a sign thanking us for choosing the hotel and stating that "to allow our team time with families, housekeeping will be limited on Thursday, December 25. We will provide upon request trash pickup and fresh towels. Service hours 10 am - 2 pm." So, three days without housekeeping services, only for the next victims who were checking in. The most regrettable thing is the response from the staff.
