We had reservation to hotel olevi residence. When we were there, we waited 30mins to someone come and check us in. But we were sent to another hotel. No one didnt even say sorry for this, it was normal for them. There were night club under the hotel, so we could hear all music and so to our room. Cant recommend this hotel (olav hotel) to anyone. Worst hotel experience we have ever had

Lihaa aamiaisella vielä 2020-luvulla!!!

Ahdas huone. Ilmastoinnin puuttumisen vuoksi oli avattava ikkuna yöllä. Mutta ulkoa tulleen metelin (yökerho, linnut) vuoksi ikkuna piti taas sulkea. Henkilökunta tympeää. Ei katsekontaktia ohi kulkiessa – saati tervehdystä tai hymyä. Tallinna sijaitsee meren rannalla, mutta aamiaisella ei ollut lainkaan kalaa! Lihan tarjoaminen on puolestaan rikos sekä eettisesti että ympäristön kannalta. Toisaalta persoonallinen, kiehtova paikka. Ja hyvä sijainti.

Hotel in centro a Tallinn, elegante e storico.

Un hotel nel centro della città vecchia di Tallinn a due passi dalla piazza centrale. L'Hotel è storico, con decorazioni e una struttura conseguente. Le camere sono eleganti. E' molto comodo alloggiarci perché permette di essere rapidamente in qualsiasi parte della città. Il problema all'arrivo è che parlano solo russo e abbiamo dovuto usare un traduttore, con qualche incomprensione normale. Inoltre in quel momento il ristorante dell'hotel era chiuso e ho duvto fare la colazione i un hotel a fianco. Purtroppo l'estate era molto calda e le mura spesse e l'umidità non hanno aiutato.

Erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla Tallinnan vanhassa kaupungissa. Tiedossa oli, että hotelli on vanha ja olimme varautuneet siihen, että paikat ei ehkä aivan uuden veroiset, mutta kyllä vanhakin voisi olla siistiä. Nyt ei näin ollut. Suurin pettymys oli kuitenkin palvelu, hyvin ylimielistä ja suorastaan töykeää kauttaaltaan, respa, aamiaishenkilökunta, siijoajat.

Vesi loppui välillä WC:stä , piti olla kylpyamme ei ollut, huoneessa piti olla myös parisänky, sen sijaan 2 sänkyä vierivieren joten kahdestaan nukkuessa sänkyyn syntyi rako joka häiritsi . Muuten Ok ja viihtyisä linnamainen miljöö.

The hotel is not really what you'd expect from a four star hotel. Breakfast was mediocre (not a lot of options and many of them ran out and the staff didn't fill them up), the bed was too soft and pillows too hard, the room's door was really difficult to open and close, there was a whole on the room's wall, and the room's bathroom's power socket didn't work. Also the soap provided didn't really work as shampoo. But service and cleanliness were ok, and the location was great.

旧市街の中にあるので立地良好、また部屋も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 エレベーターがなく階段なのでスーツケースが重いと持ち運びが大変かなと思います。スタッフも毎回笑顔で対応してくれました。

Luonteikas hotelli huippusijainnilla.

Ystävällinen vastaanotto, tilat siistejä ja huone kauniisti sisustettu ja melko tilava. Patjakin oikein hyvä, täällä oli hyvä nukkua! :) Aamiainen perushyvä hotelliaamiainen. Hotellin sijainti keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia on erinomainen. Rakennus on vanha ja sisällä paljon kapeita käytäviä ja portaita, ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille.

Nice and easy place

The hotel is conveniently situated, we enjoyed buffet breakfast as well. One thing we didnt expect, the walls are paperthin, we stayed in the lower part of the building, underground I supose which wasnt a problem so im not sure if this is the case in the whole building. Basically you could hear people talking in the next room but whats worse, sleepless nights because of our neighbours snoring!!! Other aspects were fine, also very frindly and informative staff.

旧市街にあり観光に便利だが、カートやトランクで行くと石畳の道なので大変。あと大きい荷物だと階段が螺旋階段のため部屋に持っていくことが困難。一番高い部屋以外地下になるので窓はない。特にバジェットルームは一番奥の下まで遠いので荷物が大きいと本当に大変。洞窟のような部屋と廊下なので面白いと言えば面白い。また綺麗にリノベもしてあって部屋自体は快適。シャワーのお湯の出や排水も問題なし。朝食付きだが冬の間はどうも10時〜12時の間になるので朝早く動く人は朝食は取れない。

Amazing location, good breakfast, kind and friendly staff but very dirty room. We had sunflower seeds on our bed, gray hairs, some kind of plastic bottle seals hanging on shower's doors. Almost no soap, ref that was making weird sounds all night. Room smelled bad and bathroom smelled worse, had to keep window open during the whole stay. Not to mention that we booked a fully white, medieval looking room with stone walls and got a basic looking room with dusty wallpaper (literally dust in corners of wallpaper). I wanted to plug my phone to charge and had to move the bedside cabinet and there were dust balls on the floor. I would stay here again only if everything else is booked out or if you dont mind the dirtyness. The hotel corridoors seem much nicer and cleaner than our room.
