「Das check in im Hotel war im Office nicht möglich. Musste anrufen, da sagte man mir, das es egal ist. Ich kann in mein Zimmer gehen. Warum bekomme ich dann extra eine Aufforderung zum Online Check in? Alles andere war in Ordnung.」

「Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.」

「The access code of the padlock to take/return room card is changed during our stay, but there is no notification. We spent more than 30 minutes at the door and can't get the message from the What's App account until we call the phone number directly. Bad experience.」

「Beautiful apartment right at the heart of old town Tallinn. Many restaurants and shops right there. Place was good size for 6 of us and we enjoyed there was a sauna! It is on the third floor, which we didn’t mind at all .」

「优点：1.桑拿小屋很划算，私人空间，一小时只要15欧 2.海景真的太美啦！ 3.如果住海景房的话，走几十秒就可以享受泳池和小温泉 实在很方便 4.门口有两个很不错的餐馆，上档次且美味 缺点： 1.如果住玻璃小屋的话网速不是很好 2.因为是中控暖气 所以没有办法调控，地暖太热了，晚上很难以入睡 3.checkin速度不佳，建议改进 4.厕所很小，不方便」

「We Stayed here in May 2026. It's a great location with shops Zoo and Beach in walking distance and the old town Harbour and other areas within a 20min Car journey. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed.」

「The property was good and the people were very nice and let us cheek in early as well. They let us use the kitchen space and the utensils and made sure to give us everything we’ve needed. I really got home vibes there. I’ll definitely chime back if I could. 」
