Change of hotel in the same hotel group

Our original hotel reservation has to change to another one in the same hotel group due to suddenly changes. We were able to spent our time for shopping and during that the luggages were taken to the new hotel. We were surprised, totally due to we got the suite for the night. The suite of the Hotel Schlössle was really nice as well the personnel. We enjoyed our first staying in Old town of Tallin.

Bon emplacement

Hôtel bien placé, décoration classique. Pas d’ascenseur dans l’hôtel. Donc pour les bagages pas pratique.

Ihanaa luksusta!

Ihana hotelli ihan vanhan kaupungin keskustassa. Suosittelemme!

Härligt hotell i gamla stan

Unacceptable tiny space bathroom configuration

The room was small and the bathroom space was tiny such that you can't sit on the bowl without hitting the sink. This is not acceptable in room 203. I have never experienced such poor bathroom arrangement. They must fix this ASAP. Hotel staff was nice. Location was excellent. Pictures were not good taste.

Perfect- started brilliantly with a welcome prosecco in the beautiful lobby, we had a lovely, tasteful and comfortable room, amazing breakfasts (and lovely staff who always remembered what we wanted to drink), really helpful and friendly staff and the private sauna was a great addition. Absolutely loved it.

This property is in the perfect location! Very close to excellent restaurants and bars. The room was a good size. We stayed on the first floor close to reception but there was no noise at all, we slept very well. The hairdryer in our room broke but reception quickly provided me with another. I would definitely stay here again!
