Отвратительный сосед!

Адрес Suur Kloostri 18-4a. В целом квартира уютная, тёплая, чистая, всё необходимое для проживания есть. Месторасположение хорошее, дом находится в крепостной стене, рядом с воротами, ведущими в Старый город. Совсем близко подъём на смотровую площадку в Верхнем городе. Супермаркет, рынок, ж/д станция совсем рядои. От автовокзала пешком минут 35-40 обычным шагом. Если вещей нет, можно прогуляться. Офис, где происходит chek in, находится на Рikk 36-2. 2 -это не строение, не корпус, это на панели слева нужно нажать на кнопку 2, чтобы открыли. Вывески никакой нет, поэтому находите дом 36 между магазинами и нажимайте 2 на панели слева. Единственное, что не понравилось, это сосед сверху, живущий в скворечнике на крыше, он топал до 3х ночи и громко включал музыку. И это было каждую ночь, поэтому выспаться невозможно. Моё обращение в офис по этому поводу было проигнорировано. И ещё - не понравилась истероидность офиса по поводу выселения. Выселение в 12 часов, а автобус в 15 часов. Я задержалась на час с выселением, так они забросали смсками, чтобы срочно сдали ключи, якобы через час у них новый клиент. И каждый раз он отодвигался на более позднее время. До меня в этой квартире неделю никто не жил. Всё таки надо лояльнее относится к клиентам. Уборщица пришла в моё отсутствие и вынесла мои вещи к порогу. Неприятно. Резюме такое -кв хорошая, но сосед сверху весь отпуск изгадил, так как ночью спать невозможно, пока он не уляжется. Ну, и отношение к гостям должно быть не пофигистское.

Excellent location, very central! Few minutes walk to Christmas markets. Many good dining/shopping options nearby. Property was very clean and well equipped, warm (freezing outside!), easy check in, recommend!

Superb

Loved it. Stayed in the Blue apartment. Tremendously spacious and right in the middle of old town, equidistant from everything. No elevator but that wasn't a problem at all for me. Excellent wifi. Grocery shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes, galleries and museums all literally less than 5 mins walk from the front door. Elar was very helpful, informative and polite at check in. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely apartment in the heart of the Old Town!

We had a lovely break in Tallinn and stayed in a wonderful apartment in the in the heart of the Old Town. The apartment was well equipped and was really comfortable, and also had lovely views out from the windows. We would’ve loved to stay longer.

Wonderful apartment.

Excellent service and location. Apartment very clean and comfortable (mattress in bed a little too hard and squeaky). Pictures displayed us exactly how apartment looks. Only small downside is noise from street when sleeping with open windows (needed as apartment was quite hot), but the noise should be expected based on location. Despite the noise issue we would for sure pick same again if we should return to Tallinn.

Vi hade en toppenfin lägenhet med bästa tänkbara läge. Man måste vara beredd på att promenera en bit mellan receptionen och lägenheten och att det kan vara lite omständligt att hantera flera olika nycklar till grindar och ytterportar.

Perfect location and very confortable apartment.

Very good apartment right in the middle of the old town area. Very spacious and confortable. Small details like having detergent capsules for the washing machine or coffee and coffee filters for the coffee maker were highly appreciated. The only thing that I would suggest as an improvement would be to include blackout blinds or curtains, especially considering that sunrise can be at 6am during the summer.

qualche piccolo problema

Gli appartamenti sono tutti centrali; abbiamo avuto un problema con il primo appartamento, peraltro in posizione invidiabile; il terzo letto (quello del divano letto) aveva, oltre ad un materasso inguardabile, anche la rete rotta. Non si presenta un tale letto se si vogliono mantenere determinati standard nelle recensioni; devo dire che l'indomani, appena riferito il problema, l'agenzia ha subito sistemato la cosa, fornendoci un altro appartamento con un "upgrade".
