"The hotel was very clean. Staff was very accommodating. I would stay at this hotel if I wanted to stay in downtown Cairo. Great location for the price."

"The check-in at 1am was very smooth and the guy at the desk was so processional, welcoming and smiling. We were given a room with Nile view on the 15th floor which was really nice. The room was large and bed was comfortable. There was kettle for tea/coffee and tea bags, water bottles etc; we were given more every time we requested. The room was clean and the whole hotel was clean, though the carpets were a bit dated. The breakfast spread was superb and choices were really extensive. The man who made omelettes was very nice.The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much. There was a lot of security in the hotel too. The hotel itself is beautiful as it was a palace once and we got a guided tour of the palace which was very informative. The only slight negative was the speed of service during breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights and on 3 days we were not even asked about tea or coffee during breakfast. When we asked for hot coffee and hot milk, they came at different times and late so not enjoyable. The other negative was the housekeeping don’t check the toiletries level in the big bottles. First day there was no shower gel so we had to wait for 20 minutes to get one. On the last day we asked for hair conditioner which was totally empty and we waited for 1 hour before we got it. Unfortunately I had already gone out by that time to buy one for my wife who was in the shower. Having said that the overall experience was great and would definitely recommend this place. "

"Wow! We can’t say enough of what a breath of fresh air this was! We were greeted by the kindest of staff, loved every minute here. Breakfast was nice, the rooms are super clean, the bathroom is very modern, and the beds were super comfortable. We loved this so much, the next weekend we rebooked again for 2 nights when we returned to Cairo."

"Our experience started even before our flight to Cairo—this was our very first trip to Egypt, and naturally, we had a lot of questions. We reached out to Holy Sheet Plus Hotel regarding airport pickup and drop-off, arranging a private guide with a car and driver for a full-day tour to the Saqqara Pyramids, the Pyramids of Giza, and Khan el-Khalili Market. We also needed guidance on travel options between Cairo and Luxor (bus, train, or flight), as well as a private guide and driver for a full-day tour in Luxor covering the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Luxor Temple, and Karnak Temple. Alex patiently answered every single question we had—no matter the time—both before and during our trip. His responsiveness and professionalism immediately put us at ease. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, making it very convenient to explore the city. We arrived at the hotel without very high expectations, but Alex and his team truly exceeded them in every way. The service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms were newly renovated, modern, and spotless. The dining area was beautiful, especially the open balcony seating which added a special charm to our mornings and evenings. We had breakfast included—there were many options to choose from, everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. At the reception, Ahmed, Saeef, Francis and others were all courteous, friendly, and always ready to help."

"The hotel is in the heart of old Cairo. The area is very vibrant but noisy and crowded. We really enjoyed staying there. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly."
