I asked to extend my stay, and the front desk person told me they were sold out. I went up to my room and booked it on Expedia, and came back downstairs and the very same person extended my stay....... very odd."

The staff was incredibly gracious and accommodating allowing us to lounge on the rooftop terrace before and after our stay while waiting for our train.
