"Let me start with the good points: 1) hotel is clean; 2) You feel safe in an otherwise sketchy building; 3) shower works well. Now the problems: 1) they don't take credit cards - only cash; 2) bed and pillows are ROCK hard - almost like sleeping on the floor; 3) room is very small and there is no desk to work at. "The hotel lobby is simple but welcoming. The room is clean and typical of most standard hotels I’ve stayed in. I really appreciate the water station that provides both hot and cold water for guests’ convenience. The complimentary shuttle service is a great feature—it runs every 20 minutes between the airport and Tung Chung station, which makes getting around effortless. The staff were courteous and respectful throughout my stay. The hotel’s buffet restaurant was decent, though I think the breakfast options could be improved with a wider variety. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting the Ngong Ping Cable Car or Hong Kong ."
