「Sapaxa Spring Garden Ecolodge has been the highlight of our trip to Sapa. It truly has been an immersive experience in the beautiful and peaceful countryside. 「Room was a good size but was incredibly dirty, bedsheets were stained and there was piles of dust around the bedside table and on the tv remote/ AC remote. There was dirt and grime/ mould around the window and in the bathroom. Very noisy as well」

「The view was amazing, the staff was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to be accommodating. The breakfast that was included was also delicious and we had dinner at the home stay one night which was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone 」

「The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling」

Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. 」
