「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! 「The perfect location for a beach getaway. Mellieha is a more remote area so I suggest downloading the bolt app(similar to Uber) to make zipping around easy and more economical. (The usual taxis don’t seem to always use a meter and decide dates at their discretion) The room had a full kitchen so we made a trip to a nearby market for essentials and snacks. 「We love the Kempinski and though we did not get the room upgrade we had asked for the stay was perfect. We hosted a dinner for 15 and they could not have been more accommodating, professional and excellent. The service was outstanding from beginning to end.」

「Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work...
