"The mold in the room was the first thing that caught our attention. It took 45 minutes and four attempts for someone to finally assist guests when they asked for their bags to go relax in their room. The pushy cleaning staff, the ridiculously long lines to speak to someone at the front desk, and the overall unpleasant experience made me reconsider staying here. I highly recommend choosing an APA hotel instead."

"The most spacious hotel I have stayed at in Tokyo. It also offer stunning city views from the room. The staff is very helpful. Mr. Hwang at the front desk was especially helpful and welcoming. Lots of fun things to do around the area and very close to the subway."

"Easily one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, and I have stayed at luxury hotels across the world. Staff was was very kind, the property and gardens were stunning & polished, and the accessibility to the bus station and train station was great. If you are looking to travel to Tokyo I highly recommend staying at Hotel Chinzanso if you want to be pampered."

"we love that the hotel is connected to the mall, nany restaurants and shops. Also on 10 min walk to ikebukuro station. Only thing is the wall is not well isolated , that can be a big minus for people who cant tolerate it."

"A lovely hotel in a quiet area, yet only about 20 minutes by train or metro to reach the main sights. As a walker, I found it took around 45 minutes to an hour to get to Ginza. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a well‑kept bathroom that made the stay even more pleasant. The staff were consistently helpful and polite, and the food at the hotel was very good. There are also plenty of eateries nearby, making dining easy and enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay here again."
