「The basics needs were thoroughly met」

「雖然離市區有段距離，但地點便利，外面即有電車站可達老城區，早餐算相當豐富，房間寬敞乾淨及舒適，雖有提供無線網路但不穩定，有提供洗衣設施，向櫃臺詢問及付費即可，唯一缺點是房間沒有冷氣，所以如果盛夏到訪，要有心理準備，會很悶熱 」

「Pros: with air-con, washing machine, microwave & hob. Round the corner from the main station (5 mins), walkable to old town (10 mins), tram stations are 5 mins walk. A 24-hour Carrifour Express nearby. Cons: Top floor without any side window, ceiling is very low and hit our head, space is very limited due to the irregular ceiling, totally different from the pics shown (like half size only). Didn't know it's located on the top when booking this room, spent all energy to move up the 2 big...

「This accommodation looked appealing on the website but was quite different when we arrived. Customers need to be aware that there is no front desk! You must receive a message by text/email for your entry code to the building and entry code to the lock box to access the key to your room. So many people stranded outside and we had to go through the process with them to help them access their room for the five days we were there. The elevator was not working so we had to carry luggage to the third...

「The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game).」
