「Great stay! Friendly staff! Delicious dishes! Excellent service. Would recommend!」

「Very good experience」

「The hotel was reopened recently. It never disappointed us at all: spacious twin room, brilliant breakfast, refurbished onsen area, new massage chairs. Just opposite to JR station which makes it so easy on movement.」

「Room is spacious and very clean! Parking is just in front of the room」

「Everything are good except the A/C broken down in the room」

「Perhaps it’s better to have a washing machine, but everything is excellent」

「Please be reminded the rooms in Annex buildings are quite shabby and smelly in the bathroom/ toilet. However, the rooms in the Main buildings are much better and properly maintained. Staff are responsible and helpful to fix the issues.」
