"Clean room. Easy assess to the Olympic park amenities "

"I stay at this hotel regularly and consistently enjoy my visits. The service and overall experience are usually excellent, which is why I continue to return. However, I wanted to bring a recent dining experience to your attention. On Tuesday evening, I dined with colleagues and ordered the spatchcock. Unfortunately, after taking one bite, it was clear to both myself and my two colleagues that the dish was off. The smell was quite noticeable at the table. I chose not to make a scene, but did discreetly ask a staff member to remove the dish. As the meal was added to my colleague’s bill, I’m unsure whether it was ultimately charged. What stood out most was that there was no follow-up or explanation from the kitchen or staff during or after the meal. This experience won’t affect my decision to return or recommend the hotel, as my stays have otherwise been very positive. I simply wanted to raise this for your awareness."

"I booked 3 rooms..... family trip to Easter show. Location couldnt have been better. Staff were excellent, rooms were great, parking was not guaranteed even though we paid extra for parking but they did help us out , big thankyou for that. Even had free iceblocks for the kids. Breakfast was fresh, made to order eggs and great coffee."

"Very comfortable option for budget accommodation. Everything was clean. A/C was great. Staff very friendly. It's a place to hang your hat for the night (or 2) and be comfortable. No issues with noise form the pub downstairs. I'd come back for sure."
