Great place to stay close to amenities and public transport. Room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a good touch. The balcony was a plus for some fresh air. Highly recommended place.

The room was very clean, as were the items inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing I didn't like was the charge for requesting the crib for the baby. I think it's a basic and essential item to request when you inform them you'll be traveling with a baby, and it shouldn't be charged for. But oh well.

Excellent location, bus stop is right in front of Park Regis. Food, groceries, restos, pharmacy, pretty much everything is within walking distance. However, the safe in the room was not working. We reported it right away. Stereo/radio was also not working. We stayed for 12 days, Dec. 21, 2025-Jan. 2, 2026. We had a 1 BR w/ harbor view. Room was serviced only once. We requested towels, TP, laundry soap & garbage pick-up after a week. Overall, the location is what made it perfect for us.

The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, customer service at its best. The room was dated but clean enough, bed was soft but clean, toiletries provided were nice. Our room was on the main road which is noisy, ear plugs fixed that. Had everything we needed for long weekend. Bus to city and zoo right outside, convenient spot.

Kitchen was well equipped although counter was not cleaned properly as I always wipe and disinfect everything and there was food stuck which I had to remove. Bathroom shower and washing machine need to be deep cleaned to remove mildew. Rest of the room was clean. Location was convenient to public transportation and quiet and comfortable although the room safe wasn’t working and I had to request another luggage rack because it was broken.

A lovely hotel central to restaurants as well as a local grocery store . Private parking available including being in the main street of public transport. Attractions close by is a Movie Theatre as well as a bar & restaurant with live music on the weekends.

Great reception assistance. Fantastic location with regards to purchasing food at the supermarket or some local restaurants. Bus service to city outside hotel. Room was big enough for two people, included a washing machine/dryer.
