"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. "- nicely renovated hotel - very convenient location walkable to train station, Chapel Bridge, boat pier and other landmarks. - appreciated the air conditioned rooms as we were there during all time high temperatures - nicely decorated rooms and very clean - comfortable beds - dual shower heads with great water pressure - on a side street which was quieter than being next to the river road way which is filled with tourists all night - water (still and sparkling) bottle fill up in lobby - breakfast buffet was not included but could be purchased at the same price when booking or each day you want it. Very large buffet with lots of choices but no à la carte options if you just wanted a coffee and croissant."

"The hotel has an excellent location, which made it very convenient to explore the city and access nearby attractions. Public transport, restaurants, and shops were all within easy reach. However, the room itself was quite small and felt a bit cramped for our stay. There was no fridge in the room, which would have been helpful, especially for longer stays or keeping drinks and snacks. The furniture was also very minimal — there was only a very small table, and even the chairs were stacked on top of each other due to the lack of space. Overall, the hotel is a good choice if location is your top priority, but the room size and limited amenities may not be ideal for a comfortable or longer stay."
