「Unfortunately my roon was too Noisy for six days' of my holiday. Also the amenities where of a poor standard.」

「The location of the property is excellent for both the city and the beach. The property is extremely clean house keeping was excellent. The room i booked was a pool view room but right in front of my room was a wall but with a side view of the pool. Breakfast was a bit of a let down lots of unlaid tables the coffee machines (3) were either broken or off which meant you had to stand in line waiting for a coffee from the barista. It is a shame because there were lots and lots of staff but they...

「everything was clean and beautiful」

「The female reception staff was rude, unkind and not helpful; This was my tenth time in Marokko and my worst experience; I will never recommend a Riu hotel to my friends. However, staff at dinner time was friendly, as was the male reception staff.」

「The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. On arrival, there was a strong smell of urine coming from the toilet, and the showerhead and sinks had visible mould. The drinking water provided had a very unpleasant, salty taste, almost like seawater. The restaurant was advertised as being open until 10pm, but on one occasion we arrived at 9:30pm to find it already closed. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited food choices. Dinner was enjoyable, although the selection was also...

「We had a lovely stay at the Royal Mirage Hotel in Agadir and, overall, found it a great base for exploring the area. The food was good for a hotel buffet, with plenty to enjoy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is a little dated in places, and maintenance work was ongoing on the large pool during our visit. We were also disappointed to find that the gym and private beach beds advertised as available at other hotels were not available here. Check-in was...

「Great stay」

Hauptspeisen waren ok. Kuchen und Gebäck waren sehr lecker. Die Cocktails sehen und schmecken anders, jenachdem...

「Stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The room was relatively spacious and very clean, with nice quality cotton bedding and towels with a decent sized shower that worked well. Wardrobes were provided as was a table and chair - our room overlooked the pool, some rooms had balconies. The air conditioning worked well and breakfast was pretty good with various options. The staff were friendly and helpful with no undertaking too much. There’s a large market not far as well as lots of shops and...
