斯溫頓出租度假屋

「Really felt at home in this lovely flat. Was perfect for our needs. Beautiful outlook onto the river. Clean, peaceful and well equipped.」

「We booked this property for our family of 8, including young children and elderly parents, based on the listing, photos, and description, which clearly indicated that there would be enough beds for everyone. Unfortunately, on arrival we found that the sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised. The first-floor bedroom had only one bed, even though the listing photos showed two beds. The second-floor bedroom was advertised with one double bed and one single bed, but it only had one...

「房間淋浴熱水一時冷，一時熱。Housekeeping使用客人洗衣機洗酒店用品，客人佢洗衣服時只能等待Housekeeping把東西洗乾淨才輪到客人洗，非常浪費時間。」

「Excellent option for a Birmingham stay. Lovely spacious apartments and top customer service. Thank you.」

「The check in instructions were a little confusing. Also the apartment is not that great given the price and the area. You could get a better room at the premier hotel」

「Everything was fine, clean, good parking. Short of a plug for the kitchenette sink and very noisy fall pipe in the shower room when our upstairs neighbours showered at 5.30 AM each morning (woke us thinking we had a leak). Apart from that, all good. Would certainly stay again」

「大致都不錯，廚房有點小」

「Property was well thought out and well equipped. Even found some super glue when my glasses broke! Hot tub was an amazing addition. We would definitely stay again should we visit the area in future. Thank you!」
