"The atmosphere was perfect! The hotel staff were amazing especially the gentlemen that works the 2-10pm shift, he was very helpful, professional and sweet 😊 The price was budget friendly without the worry of staying somewhere sketchy, I came all the way from Keizer, Oregon and I would definitely stay here again as I do love Santa Cruz and the locals that live here. So much in walking distance I wouldn’t need to spend more then I should just to have some upscale room on the beach! Missionnin was perfect!!!"

"Areas of the Hotel were closed restaurant and out door game area. Had to move from one room as too hot in 50 degree weather and shower drain back up. Under remolding unit above our room install a new floor from the sound of it."

"Parking was a pain it was inclined the on-staff employees were not 24-hour as it had said online I went down around midnights to get fresh towels and the employee ran down with his pants half open presumably he got dressed to come down to tell me that they weren't open but that was not a site anyone needed to see or wanted to see. and he told me they weren't open 24 hour on that so I didn't get any fresh towels in that moment. Towels I was trying to trade in had black hair on them some of the pillows had black hair on them the sheets for a decent overall bad experience and would not recommend even for the fair price"

"10/10 service Friendly staff and welcoming. Spa was beautiful and staff were very warm and helpful. All services were above our expectations. Valet was so attentive and had our car waiting within minutes of calling for it."
