「Our stay was very good overall. The hotel was in a great location that allowed us to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and accessible to our needs. The best part for the kids was the water playground. They could have spent the entire trip playing on the slides or splashing around in the water. If we ever return to Gatlinburg, we would stay here again.」

「It was within walking distance of everything and even got to see a wild bear not too far from there. 」

「When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.」

「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「Overall, this was a very good property. I enjoyed the ease of check-in and check-out. Bed and pillows were super soft and comfortable! Air condition worked very well. Bathroom tub leaked 24/7, and was slightly dirty. Attempted to get coffee in the morning before check-out and the coffee machine was overflowing and the staff was working on cleaning it out. The issue was that they didn’t acknowledge that I was there waiting or even speak. 」

「The only 2 things I didn’t care for was the light coming in thru the window on the front door side. And the tv cable didn’t work. Both completely minor things compared to the beautiful view from the balcony. Everyone was soooo friendly that worked there. Will stay again!」

「Room was huge! It was recently remodeled. Very clean. Refrigerator stayed cold. Only negative was that the two chairs in the room were uncomfortable, reminiscent of kitchen chairs. Housekeeping was in daily and did a good job. 」

「We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A...
