"It’s a lovely hotel and a very peaceful place to stay in a beautiful setting.
The room was so nice with a beautiful view of the gardens from it, and the bed was very comfortable as well.
We used the sauna and in door pool which was nice and
relaxing.
We also had dinner one evening in the restaurant and the food was excellent! I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this lovely hotel. It’s full of character and charm too :)
We enjoyed our
relaxing break away from home very much. "

spa was very nice and not too crowded. Grounds were pretty and the Hotel itself is an interesting old building with lots of history.

"We were upgraded when we arrived to a Seaview room. The room was a nice size, very clean with a wonderful view. Having steps straight onto a beautiful beach was amazing. The hotel staff very friendly and informative. We enjoyed using the
Spa facilities. The only slight issue was there is very little parking however there is road side parking and if you do have to paid to park they do reimburse you. "

relaxing. Delicious and very filling breakfast. Lovely large room with views over the river. Would have given 5 stars but the requested twin was not made up and there was an event whose Disco was loud and went on until midnight. "
