"Great, well appointed apartment which is very central. Can be quite noisy at night especially having to have the windows open when it’s hot. Seemed to be a popular location for late night drinkers to have heart to hearts in the wee hours. Can’t fault the apartment, it had everything you could need. Minutes away from the town and beach. On the rainy days we had there were even board games for kids which my son loved. Thanks for a great stay. "

"Amazing location. The rooms are fine for what they are. Clean towels and daily room clean. The young lad on the reception was very polite and helpful too."
"Parking was easy but once you parked it up it's best to leave it because you'll lose your space I had an accessible space which seemed like it was big but it's not it's just a normal size space with a disabled badge painted on it.
Staff were okay we had an issue when we first got there about the hot water tap you have to wait at least three minutes for that to run through which isn't advisable for me because I find it difficult to stand for a long periods of time.
I have a boot scooter and I found that quite difficult to get it in and out of the room but due to the narrow corridor and the heaviness of the door leading from it.
Had terrible night sleep we had a guy above us that was awake till 3 am fell asleep till 5:30 then he started getting ready for breakfast at 6 am in the two nights day we slept there I've had four hours sleep complaint to receptionist but they weren't that interested anyway didn't think they would be.
We never used the other facilities like breakfast or the pool or the spa due to my mobility issues but we're offered at an extra cost"
"Very clean but dated bedroom & bathroom. Breakfast ok. Parking excellent & proximity to town/beach/pier great. Lovely staff. Had a sea view room with balcony in the Lodge which was ok but not somewhere we'd wa t to stay again. In need of sunstantial refurbishment but has amazing potential."
"we only stayed over one night. The food was adequate and cooked well three courses
Breakfast was well presented with good choices very friendly Staff. Whilst there we noticed that there was a swimming pool for the guests also entertainment of an evening which was good fun.
Over all a good stay but a bit dated"
"Good breakfast general staff (bar restaurant etc) excellent. However front desk inefficient & duty manager CALLUM was rude & dismissive . With that attitude he has no future in hotel management. Front desk were super efficient in taking unauthorised payments from credit cards but not so good in refunding!! Hotel overall appearance tired in need of redecorating throughout.
Large cracks in outside walls. This is probably due from recent cliff face collapse.
Not up to Marriott standard & would not stay again. Overall not an enjoyable holiday."
"My husband & I arrived on a Friday and we're fairly late arriving, we were shocked at the price of the parking, the sign said £18 per day. You have to use an app which I do not like! We walked to reception and booked in. We were told our room was on third floor. We got in the lift and went up, as soon as the doors opened the heating hit us! We found our room and went in. Again the heat hit us! No a/c or even a fan.Hubby opened a small window and we found we were above the kitchen and had all the heat vents below us. The room was decorated poorly and hubby noticed paint on the frames of pictures where they hadn't been removed. The bed was clean at least, the pillows were awful and I had to ask for a third to make a bit of a even level. The bathroom did not have a window and no extractor so smelt damp. The towel rail/ radiator was not even plumbed in! The room was not worth the money paid! We've had better in a Travelodge! The pool was clean but did not visit the spa so can not comment on that. Having looked forward to staying and seeing family we left early on Sunday just purely to get away from the heat. Food was ok but a small menu. Pricey too. We won't be staying there again!"
"It was a great room. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the hotel bar. The parking was a little tricky at first, but it became more intuitive as we learned how it worked. The room was clean, housekeeping was prompt, and it’s in a good location. Would stay here again."
