Everything was lovely and they now have a dedicated doggy room that you can use to have a drink from the bar and have your meals in there as well so I enjoyed breakfast with my dog rather than leaving her in the room.

Late booking but a lucky find

We only booked very late and not sure what to expect but it was lovely. All Staff were friendly and welcoming, views were gorgeous and fabulous breakfast, also plenty of parking and peaceful area so good sleep.

The Pines Hotel was fantastic. We had a sea view and views of the Isle of Wight. We walked down some steps to a sandy beech. The staff were superb, efficient and polite. The meal was excellent and a great Breakfast. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We can't wait to return again in the near future.

The staff were really lovely and customer service excellent. The hotel is in a perfect location and the walk along the beachfront into town was very pleasant. Having a quiet beach literally just down the steps from the hotel was a real bonus. The only slight downside was the bed in our room, which was too small.
