"Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! I highly recommend it if you are visiting bath, it is right in the center of everywhere you need to be. And also it is right next door to the thermal bath spa. My only complaint is when we booked it it said we had use of the amenities of the hydrotherapy within the hotel. Getting close to our booking date we received information about it letting us know when we were allowed to attend. We were restricted from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.. I do understand it is to keep the quiet and ambience of the spa however those times didn't entirely work for us so we did not end up getting the full experience we were hoping for. However our rooms were beautiful, the classical music that played in the rooms was an added touch that I didn't even know I would enjoy! I do highly recommend however I hope in the future there will be more clarification on the Expedia and website of the hotel that explain it has extreme minimal time usage throughout the day. "

"Good hotel, cleanliness is an issue for sure. Rooms clean is not bad. Pool & changing room, very poor condition of showers, floors, pool etc Breakfast was good on weekend but weekday, low staff & cleanliness etc all dropped again "

"Lovely stay, it was my second time there. However, I was in a room that was right above the fans/generators or something so it was really noisy even at nearly 11pm and came back to life at 5am. Other than those times I slept well. The room needed a new TV the screen was purple and didn’t have any other colouring. I would stay again though, it is a lovely hotel and the food is delicious too. East parking and great facilities, "

"Clean rooms and bathrooms, decent breakfast and coffee, helpful staff. Overall if you stay without car it's a good hotel for the price. Lower rating due to CRAZY HIGH parking fees! £52 for 24h! Luckily we still got a old price as we booked before the hike. "

"The cleanliness was awful. The room smelt terrible, there was mold by the windows. The toilet had yellow stains. There was haur in the bath. Clothes were still left in the cupboard. The shower didnt ket you change the temperature. The continektal breakfast consisted of cheese and ham. Despite all this, the staff were lovely and the view was amazing. The restaurant only had one member of staff, but she was super helpful."
