Convenient for parking but general state of property was poor. In need of some updating. Carpets were grubby everywhere and our room was very hot though they did provide a fan. Unfortunately we were bitten by mosquitoes in the room. The bar was only opened for limited hours. We did not eat in the restaurant though a fellow guest said to us his experience was not good. Poor quality food and bad service.

Paid just under £200 for 2 nights accommodation. The room was of poor standard and not very well cleaned or maintained. Stains on the carpet, the tiles in the bathroom are cracked so made it unsafe to walk bare foot. The shower wasnt very warm and the spray went everywhere but me. The sink had a hole and cracks in it.

Very hotel in some deeper and in much need of updating albeit some work was happening as floors were up but nothing warned of or briefed Room was basic, tv did not work, staff knew but declined to mention it or offer any fix or assistance. Complaints department details requested on check out and was told ‘someone would be jn touch’. They haven’t. Still. Pretty disappointing in all.

Very friendly staff, easy to check in and add car onto the parking. Big spacious room and a lovely restaurant. I ate both dinner and breakfast here and the food was very reasonably priced and tasted fantastic. Great variety at breakfast in the morning, and a nice view outside. Loved the decor Used the pool and sauna - hot tub not in use sadly, and the changing rooms seem to be undergoing a refurb, so just be aware, AND take a towel down with you (I assumed a towel would be available to pick up but I was wrong! Thank goodness for drying out in the sauna!) . The toilets in the changing rooms themselves were all locked and the ones in use were across a corridor, just to consider if you need to nip across at any point and you are wet/in a swimsuit! Easy to find, quiet, peaceful, great location and the staff could not do enough for you Would absolutely stay here again now I know it's here and it's a bargain price to book

Parking was very easy Staff were delightful and helpful The hotel was very quiet with it being out of season so the menu choice in the restaurant was very limited but what we had was good and value for money. Run down. It was probably once a nice place, it’s dirty the carpets were worn out. The room we had, had no hot water. It wasn’t pleasant at all, so we ended up staying at a local friends house instead!

Needs a decent upgrade as rooms are looking a bit shabby. Only stayed for one night but was a comfy bed. Food in the restaurant is ok but quite pricey for what it is. Lovely surroundings and area. Pretty good value for money for bed and breakfast.
