An excellent place quite close to the station

An excellent place, everything was shaping up fine - except the receptionist asked to keep my passport overnight, and when I left early to catch a train, there was a different receptionist, no note had been left on my packaged breakfast, remembered too late for a return trip to the hotel, missed my train - it cost me well over a million to get to Bandung that day ...shame really. THERE SHOULD BE NO REQUEST TO LEAVE YOUR PASSPORT IN ANY MODERN HOTEL !!

I appreciate the hotel is low cost compared to a European hotel, but it was not clean, especially the bathroom. There was no toilet paper, the shower was filthy with mould growing and the safe did not work. Very disappointing really.

Good location, good price, a little tired

Hotel is a well located budget option. Rooms are a bit tired but have everything you need. Main gripe is that they don't include breakfast even though it is advertised as such

Very nice, friendly , helpful staff. Good breakie, centrally located, 5 min walk from the main railway station. Good, clean and comfortable hotel. Definitely would stay this hotel again

Haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Zimmer sind in Ordnung und das Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof.

Dirty bathroom at The Win Hotel

I would not recommend this hotel. The bathroom is dirty, coffee stain over the bathroom door and toilet bowl. As we entered the room, we found no remote control for the air conditioner, and the bell boy help us to call the desk and said they will pass it to us later. But there are no one entertained us at all after that. They do not provide hair dryer inside the room. I tried to call the desk to borrow one, but they do not have. The front desk not well in English speaking, it's hard for us jus to ask for a help to get a cab from them, and they did not seems willing to help too.

A good place for a stopover

Exactly what you need if you're looking for somewhere comfortable and easy. Clean and very well managed we loved staying here. The breakfast alone is great! Really close to the train station so great for Mount Bromo or getting to Yogyakarta.

シークレットプライスだけあってとてもコストパフォーマンスに優れています。場所もショッピングモールに近く便利です。これで朝食も付いていますから言うことなしです。最初二階の部屋に案内されたのですがシャワールームが臭かったので変更して欲しいとお願いしたら快く応じてくれ六階は全く問題なく快適に過ごせました。wifiもサクサクつながりました。
