「Very clean. Staff very friendly.」

「Loved our stay here!! Staff is extremely friendly, rooms and entire resort very clean, beautiful location right on the beach, and the cookies in the lobby were great! Would absolutely stay again!!」

「Beautiful historic hotel in a wonderful location. Friendly, accommodating staff and a great breakfast! What's not to like?」

「Our room was very clean and modern. The front desk, bartender and each employee we encountered were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We loved the bar area and took our drinks outside to sit in the patio area. We will definitely be back. The hotels’ location to Anna Maria beaches is very close!」

「Hotel was great. Staff was wonderful, especially Amelia. Highly recommend this hotel.」

「Weirdly one of the very best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was superb in every way. Comfy, quiet, great A/C, immaculately clean, great lighting, lovely shower, it really does an excellent job of being a hotel. Breakfast was lovely and the area which you eat was welcoming and comfortable, I wish I had a reason to stay again :)」

「Great spot for a get away」

「I loved this hotel. No resort or parking fees. Very nice room. Two restaurants, one is poolside, with great food.」

「Love it」

「It is the perfect beach get away. No busy lobby bars or valets - just a great cottage, fully stocked, and all the beach stuff you need. Just bring your bathing suit. Chairs. Towers. Umbrellas. Cooler. Wagons. Beach totes. Sunscreen. Bikes. Everything was provided.」

「The」

「The rooms were very clean and beautifully laid out. Very comfortable. My only complaint was the additional parking fee which was not explained at check-in. When I received my bill at check-out there was an additional fee which was unexpected. Over all a very nice hotel in a great location.」

「Clean room. Great staff. Parking is very convenient, but $40 per night.」

「Great place to stay in St Pete. Close to everything.」

「Hotel is recently renovated with an upscale vibe. Room was very nice but on the small side. Amazingly convenient to walk from your room to the beach. The pool was warm, clean and relaxing. Sandrop restaurant was very good. Slightly disappointed that the beach bar is down for renovation and under construction says returning 2026 but seems to be far away from completion. With your room you have access to use the beach chairs but be aware the front row requires a food/drink minimum to use although...

「The rooms are spacious and fully furnished, right next to the beach.」
