「Because this is a hotel and spa, I expected it to be pretty high end and was disappointed. The room was very small. It was very hot weather outside and there were so many unnecessary blankets on the bed. There were a lot of "fancy" things (like a heated toilet seat??) that didn't add anything to the comfort of the room. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing, with just a few store bought pastry items and some hard boiled eggs. There was one small piece of quiche when we arrived, not long...

「We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and very helpful. On our last day the area got a ton of snow and a staff member was going around clearing all the vehicles in the lot. Could not have asked for a better experience.」

「Patty and Tiffany are amazing. We had travel issues with two kids and they went out of their way to fix things. Made a hard time easier. The location of the place is great. Across from an awesome creek. Charming little motel.」

「Of course it was Boulder, CO so I had to pay a high price but I expected more value. The property was convieniently located and was basically kept clean. The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. This sort of problem shows up in several areas of the room as well. The staff was helpful but always seemed to be somewhere else when you went to the front...

「The staff was exceptionally nice. I love the place. It is new clean and everything that I expected in a hotel and more I can’t wait to come to come back. It was so nice having the concierge be able to take us within a 2 mile radius to where we wanted to go we had such a great time!」
