「clean room」

「The room smelled like mildew and popcorn. Now amount of room spray can fix that」

「We made reservations online, and we got there , I was told our reservations were canceled, I never got a call, or email from the property to notify us the reservations were canceled, until 30 minutes after they told us at the property it was canceled. Front staff was not even trying to help us in any way. They kept saying Expedia should have contacted me about our reservations. We were forced to look for a place to stay the weekend, since we had traveled 9 hrs to go there. Just terrible...

「Beautiful hotel, very clean. Easy, quick walk to the beach. Starbucks in lobby is convenient. Poolside food was good but also lots of places to eat or carryout in walking distance. Front desk staff really sweet.」

「Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean.」

「It was an okay stay . I had to ask for clean towels all 4 days we stayed . And they never came to the room to dump trash or replace towels and wash cloths.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, parking was easy enough. Getting in and out kinda sucked because there’s a median on the main road. The room was nice and cool with this heat. It was also cheaper to get an extra day straight from the hotel than it was from Expedia. We should have just went straight to the source for the room. But other than that it was a good stay.」

「I was thoroughly impressed by how clean and modern everything was. This was a short, last minute booking and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone else that needs a hotel close to the airport.」

「I will start with the bad. Upon arrival the first thing I was asked was did I want to downgrade my room.I was like no.I seen a couple of ants on the ac by the window...No big deal at first...Then we started seeing flying ants on the bed by the ac 👀. It was 2 many to deal with so I reported the issue.They gave us a downgraded room and offered 40% off...I was like cool we will take that...We missed dinner that night because we had to move rooms so we decided to stay another night...Y'all the 2nd...
