「Habitacion Jamas limpiada , tengo los chats pidiendo por favor cambio de toallas y limpieza. Ni una vez en 7 dias!! El estacionamkento una verdadera pesadilla!! Una hora para que traigan el auto! Tres valet parking para cientos de autos! La jefa de seguridad una pesima trabajadora! En fin! Nunca mas ahi」

「Facilities could use a little upgrading. Bed seemed more like a standard size as opposed to a queen size. It wasn’t ideal for two adults. Some floor tiles are moving. Elevators could use some work. Parking can be difficult during major events in Miami.」

「Very nice staff the front desk staff is very accommodating. however the place is an infestation with roaches. I understand it is Florida but that is not acceptable they need to be shut down, The cleaning people is not doing a good job of cleaning the rooms I had a 4 day stay but ended up leaving sooner. I got waken up middle of the night at 4am to 4 roaches crawling on the wall had to immediately turn the light on to confirm. I then waited in my car for 3 hours until management got on site when...
