"We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. "This property needs a lot of help. They need more signs to direct people where things are in the hotel. It took us forever just to find our room. They definitely need more lighting in the garage. And the front desk could be a little more attentive and and friendly. We liked our room, but it took forever just to get the TV to come on in for someone to come up and make it work. We really appreciated the shuttle service to Main Street in Park city. The driver was very friendly and very helpful. "

"We LOVED our stay at West Gate in Park City, Utah! My husband and I got married on his birthday and West Gate hooked us up. They made our day so special—we felt like resort royalty. Our condo was clean, cozy and comfortable. We had the best view in the house—a pine-flanked balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. Okay. Can I tell you how beautiful this was??!! Wow. Wow. Wow. The jacuzzi tub felt like a taste of Tahiti. We felt pampered, adored and welcomed. Nice, the desk attendant, was so kind, helpful and friendly. She offered us water, which was soon chilled in our full-size fridge, complete with a fully stocked kitchen. Large television. Spa-like shower. Such a cool condo. We loved all the pools and amenities on the premises. This was a night to remember. We highly recommend West Gate!!"

I cannot believe this property is part of vail resorts - definitely not up to the expected Vail quality or service. Would not book here again unless there was nothing else available. Also, what resort doesn't have ice available? super weird."
