「Convenient place, nice staff」

「Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. They have fans, but the window only opens a tiny bit, so couldn’t get the cooler air in overnight. Being able to open the window more would help this a lot! Otherwise,...

「This property significantly misses the mark in meeting expectations as advertised. We had 2 rooms booked of the same room type. One of the rooms did not have a king size bed as advertised and there was a clear difference in the bed sizes between each room. One room did not have working air conditioning which was evident they were aware of as there were fans placed in that room. They did not fix the air conditioning until the 5th day of our stay.
