「We really appreciated the staff getting us into a slightly larger room. Thank you!!! They could have done better with some of the maintenance detail: empty the trash in the room when you service it, leave toilet paper, maybe a few extra towels. The valet service took longer than expected. Overall it was a good hotel, but seemed like it was set up for business travelers more than families.」

「Bathroom lighting was lacking. Very dark and almost impossible to put on make up. Shower didn’t look clean, and they supplied shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. Bath towels were very small. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. We had a nice stay.」

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The food was excellent — fresh, delicious, and great variety. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend! 」

「Room was nice. Front desk staff was slow and the bar service on both occasions was terrible. Inattentive and easily distracted. Decent pool but not very big so get up there early if you want to get a chair. 」

「Great location. Room was slightly dirty (tub, sink). Parking was supposed to be free but I ended up paying $22 anyways. We were in room 207 and the bathroom made a squeaking noise all night long that was never fixed, making it hard to sleep. 」

「Well, this is not the place for a quiet getaway, but it’s delightful, clean, fun, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. I was truly blown away by the professionalism and efficiency of the front desk staff. They do a great job preparing you for the nightclub hotel hybrid model, and even though I was staying in one of the rooms above the bar, I didn’t have any trouble sleeping or relaxing at night. 」
