「Good location. Close to air force academy, restaurants, movie theater.」

「Would’ve given 5 stars but the check-in was delayed. I understand they were understaffed with a full hotel, but the lady checking us in said they’d call our names when our rooms were ready while we waited in the lobby. Soon, others were checking in and got their rooms. At 3:40 (40 minutes after our check-in time) I went to the front desk and asked if our room was ready. Come to find out our room was already ready but no one let us know. Everything else was good. Our room was clean except for a...

「Very nice room. Very clean hotel.」

「My room was modern, clean and well equipped. However, the TV remote was next to useless and the bathtub drain plug would not stay up to enable the tub to drain by itself. As a result, I was standing in about 5" of water by the time I finished my shower and I had to manually hold the plug up to drain the water. Also, the AC unit kept cooling to the point of being uncomfortable in spite of setting the thermostat to 77 degrees. I had to turn the AC off to avoid frostbite.」

「On our return visit here the Assistant General Manager, helped me bring our luggage to the room. He was very gracious and welcoming. He remembered our previous problems with the ADA roll in shower and automatically brought extra towels. He refused any tip and said “Thank you for your service.”🙂 On October 5th the desk clerk took my information and printed our boarding passes from her printer when the business center printer was being difficult. And the desk attendant on October 6th at the butt...

「It is geared for fairly young children nothing for older children」

「⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3-Star Review — You Get What You Pay For Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. I understand you get what you pay for, but basic cleanliness should never be compromised, especially when traveling with little ones. We were placed in a double-queen room, and upon arrival, I noticed five visible red stains on the carpet. As I normally do when staying at hotels with my little ones, I started cleaning the room myself. The carpet clearly needed vacuuming, and there was hair in the...

「Beautiful location. A little dated, but worked great for a quick overnight while visiting UCCS.」

「The room is all right but the staffs are all very nice」

「Loved the breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff. 5 *」

「I loved that the pool was indoors and the hot tub was right outside - I’m assuming the pool can then be used year round when the big “garage door” is closed, and maybe the hot tub too. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And loved the kitchen and separate bedroom! Great stay!」
