「I get there super late after driving all the way from New Mexico. I thought I had a reservation there. As I'm looking at my phone and checking my emails the guy at the front desk takes my debit card and runs it. My reservation was for another hotel an hour way. I was completely aggravated with this man because not only did he run my card without asking or waiting for me to check to make sure that this was indeed the hotel for my reservation.. he put me on the second floor and I have huge...

「I paid for a king room didn’t get that at all so I had to take a room with 2 full size beds 」

「For the room to have smoking rooms on the property, I was weary but the non smoking room had no odor. Nice Stay. Pool Closed.」
