「good」

「Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...

「We didn't stay. Room was eat up with bed bugs.」

「Sheets had stains and holes on both beds. Room smelled bad. Fridge wasn't working. I got moved to a different room... all the same issues previously listed.」

「I hated the the place rapid with bed bugs, they knew about a mold problem that presented mold and we had to request another room because I am allergic to mold as well as they never came in to clean anything or replace towels etc... The worst I have ever been to!」

「Pictures online did NOT match reality. Dirty room with dust that had been present a very long time. Broken glass pieces on floor. Yellow stained sheets. Shower curtain stunk of marijuana. Daylight exposed through exterior door. Room smelled of mildew. Bugs in the bathroom. Waste of money. Yes it’s a cheap motel but they can afford to actually clean…Also sat at the front desk nearly 10 minutes and called before anyone came to check us in. Would’ve rather slept in our car.」

「The pool could have been open sooner」

「There were stains in the sheets and the tub wouldn’t drain. When moved to another room had the same problems.」

「I walked into my room to find a bucket on the bed catching water from a leaking roof. The non smoking room smells so badly like smoke. I was in the room for a total of 1 minute before leaving and finding a different place to stay. The property refused to give any refund.」

「It was a good value, its an older hotel that has some updates. The room was clean, but there are lingering smells of an old hotel. No bugs, quiet, and clean sheets/towels - that's a win in my book! This was a 1 night stay on a weekend.」

「They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell」
