「Everything was fine」

「I booked a single queen room that Expedia says sleeps 3 meaning that they should have a sofa bed in the room. When we went in the room it only has a single queen but nothing else. The hotel says our accessible rooms are single queens only. So my only choice was to change rooms to a non-accessible double queen plus pay an $20.00 for the room.」

「The staff was friendly upon check in. They had even baked cookies as a welcoming gift, although we did not try them they looked tasty. The room was very clean-- the linens, bathtub and sink. The air-conditioner worked well. The bed was super comfy. The continental breakfast was great because there was a choice of about anything you would want. The TV was a nice size and worked well. We liked that it did not have carpeting because carpet is mostly a haven for dust and allergens. We don't have it...

「The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you need anything for the kitchen (cookware) you have to ask for it. Same with the hairdryer and ironing board. The laundry facilities are awesome. You supply your own cleaning products. But the $3 each for both the washer/dryer. They get ample clean and dry. The one thing that was annoying to me was the left turn out of the parking lot. It took forever to make a left turn safely.」

「The mattress was terrible! I could feel and hear the springs in the mattress. It was very crunchy and lumpy. I believe the carpeted flooring next to the bed would've been a better place to sleep. I don't usually give reviews, but this time I felt the need to. I wish breakfast were something they offered. It is not advertised, so I didn't expect it. The main issue was the bed. Everything else was okay for us.」
