"The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. "This hotel has seen it's better days !! It's a bit dated now, building is old, facilities are outdatedd. There is NO microwave in the sitting room let alone in the bedroom. There is no place to sit down and have a cup of coffee. Room Keys are numbered on the keycard itself, which poses a security risk for someone to pick it up or someone to spot your room number !!"
