「Booked a double bed queen, paid extra for that and when came to get the keys, the staff said they were overbooked and couldn’t provide the double beds. Had to sleep in different rooms, as well as the property itself was very poorly maintained with all the amenities lacking or not in good condition.」

The hotel staff came and took off the spreads, said they would send someone to make the beds and they never came back. 「Had the best stay at Decoy's!!!! Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations - THE VIEW!!! the adorable decor, the most comfortable bedding... I could not recommend this place more. The area is super safe and kid-friendly. The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We made the most beautiful memories here in the cottages with our family - 5 stars all around. Thank you, Decoy's!」

「This hotel was TERRIBLE. When we travel, we ALWAYS stay at a Marriott Holiday weekend sold out hotel - NO Towels, had to ASK for towels 3 times, was told they had no clean towels or wash cloths and was waiting for them to finish washing. They brought up BLUE POOL TOWELS/ POOL was closed, Bugs in my room. My Kids had to KILL a COCKROACH!!! Not to mention I lookup at the ceiling and it was a BIG bug in the ceiling LIGHT fixture!!
