We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities. When I booked the room, I thought it said "mountain view" which is true, but a bit of a stretch. Restaurant is pretty good; staff are polite. Check-in was a bit rushed; otherwise, no problems."
