下肢行動不便者要注意安全，因為沒有電梯，要走樓梯唷！ 環境設計氛圍很讚，很溫馨的住宿，背包客很適合唷，有提供洗髮精，沐浴乳，其他用品皆需自備唷。

桌椅稍嫌不足，沒有門鏈讓人覺得安全不踏實。 浴缸建議加裝扶手，浴缸內放防滑墊。 停車場坡道建議加強標示，第一次下去時是有些疑惑擔心，機械停車位較窄，出入還需折後照鏡。建議重新思考整理規劃整個停車場。

公共空間及房間(Room C)都很乾淨，垃圾還有做簡單分類（很棒！），房源距離羅東夜市/羅東車站都算蠻近的，樓下附近就有超商及自助洗衣店，整體算是相當方便。 唯一美中不足的是吹風機風量極小，且使用一段時間就需要等待其冷卻（不過這部分在入住須知就有提到，非事後使用才發現的），對長髮者較不友善。
