"Room interiors are dated and poorly maintained, mildew all around the sunken onsen tub. Wifi in room kept dropping and was difficult to establish a connection. Staff service across the entire hotel was the worst! "Overall it was a good stay. The room was great, with comfy bedding and good choice of hand-wash and shower gel.
Breakfast portion was HUGE, so they even prepared bags for you to take away. Fresh and seasonal ingredients — especially the fruits, but honestly could have reduced by 1/3.
