「The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. 「I wish i would have asked for the name of the lady that checked us in, she was AMAZING. The front desk staff was excellent throughout our stay. My kids made friends and had a blast in the pool. My husband, parents, and i loved playing pool in the lobby! Room was exactly what we expected (maybe a little more.modern which was nice). I have had horriible experiences with other Hilton properties but this stay has me wanting to continue staying with them.」
