The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. 「Really enjoyable experience, lovely setting and really helpful staff. The only issue was with the air conditioning not working during this heatwave. Would be good to be fixed to avoid this. Great experience however and really good facilities」

「Location is great. Hote Is basic as reflected in price as well as reviews. Restaurant at hotel was terribly understaffed - only one chef. Took an hour and 20 mins for food to arrive. Secondly, there was no daily cleaning or towel change and was not mentioned clearly.」

「Slightly odd stay. The hotel is down a little lane. I didn't realise that there was a charge for parking until I arrived. You need to ring a bell to get in to the hotel and then you get let it. As I arrived there were some people who thought they had a room booked but the person working there could not find it. I was then checked in and taken to my room.
