「A perfect stay and will definitely be back. Easy check in, the rooms, 1 and 2, were fantastic and great for the dogs. The facilities in the room were everything we needed. 「The bathroom had mold. The ceiling tiles are broken. The room really needs a refurb. The main door is broken and sometimes doesn't open or opens very slowly. I've stayed at much better maintained premier inns in the past so this was a huge disappointment.」

「Incredible location close to everything, friendly staff, good value. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with nice views, lots of amenities including kettle, full bath. Llangollen is a beautiful, friendly town with local shops/no franchises. There are wonderful walks along canals to waterfalls, deserted abbeys. 」

「Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. I appreciated the welcome gifts and hospitality from the hosts too. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.」

「It was a nice place and clean until we pulled the sofa bed out and it was dirty, a quick hover wouldn't have done it any harm. Overall its a nice place to stay, we did try and phone the numbers given to inform of the condition of the sofa bed however not one number was answered, we ended up getting the caretaker, who was 100% helpful」

「Room was very clean, and the bed extremely comfy. The staff are great and could not be more helpful. The room is right onto a busy road and it was quiet noisy. Other than that would definately recommend The Sun Inn and its staff. 」

「I'm afraid that we're extremely disappointed with the state if this property. It smells of damp and water ingress everywhere, with stains and skirting hanging off, there's an overpowering smell and generally uncleandownstairs bedroom. I'm not sure how you can charge for this. 」
