「Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago.」

「This little gem was a fantastic find off the beaten path in Colorado Springs. I opted to make several reservations just in case we wanted to swap places. The property itself is just breathtaking and beautiful. Plenty of grounds to cover hiking, on a stroll, bird watching. Our first hike we saw wild turkeys, a bobcat nursing her baby, and rabbits. Lots of history and detail in this place. Would definitely return!」

「The neighboring construction, lack of breakfast, and limited parking when full. Would be helpful to have plastic wear available in the hotel, but it worked great for our quick getaway to stay near the ford amphitheater! The staff was also very kind in helping us every time we locked ourselves out or forgot our keys.」

「The view is beautiful and right off the highway. Lots of stores and restaurants not far from the location. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very helpful and she was able to accommodate us with an early check in. After driving 8 hours it was such a relief. The halls were very warm but extremely clean. The room was spotless. I paid extra for the breakfast and was informed the extra amount would be for the continental breakfast which I was ok with. The next morning we decided to go off...

「When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sign on the door that there was not an elevator. When I asked to be placed on the 1st floor due to my illness they said they had no room available and that I had booked with Expedia, therefore I was placed on the second floor. My oxygen levels were very low and we had to leave our suit cases in the car and walk up to the room with our clothes for the next day and toiletries. I was very upset, and when I expressed my concern that why I was not informed...

「Decent hotel, but check-in was very slow. The paper breakfast vouchers feel outdated. It was difficult to find and get to my room because the layout and wayfinding are confusing. The hotel could use some updates, and there was an unpleasant smell in some areas.」
