It gave me two choices - already a member of Marriott Boyton (or something like that), that I'd never heard of, or Join Marriott Boyton, which I didn't want to do. So I didn't know what to do and had to contact the front desk to get connected.」

「We were put in a room overlooking the freeway and it was loud overnight. I talked with front desk and they immediately moved us to a quiet section of the hotel with no problems. Also, I was there for my mom's death. We had to check out at 3pm unexpectantly. The front desk guy and gal were so accomodating. They didn't charge us for staying late and were very sympathetic. We go to Pheonix every other month and will ALWAYS stay at a Hampton Inn, especially this one!!」

「Upon arriving at the airport, I called the hotel for airport pick up service. I don’t know what happened that I had to wait for one hour at the instructed waiting area ! However it arrived within just a few minutes after I called again. 」
